Derek's Funeral service is on Friday 20th August 2021 at 2:30 pm at Cannock Wood Methodist Church followed by a committal service at Cannock Chase crematorium at 3:30 pm.
There will be refreshments following the crematorium service at St Matthews Sports and Social Club from 4:15 pm.
All donations will go to Derek's chosen charity The Samaritans in which he volunteered for many years.
